Wedding Invitations
As the old saying goes, ‘first impressons count’, and so it is the
case when your prospective guests receive their invitations to your
wedding. The type of card that you decide upon is the fi rst impression
that guests will have of your nuptial celebrations, so whether you
choose an e-card or the more traditional postal option, it’s important
to get it just right.
Guests need to know if your wedding is going to be a formal or more
casual affair, so that they can plan accordingly. For exmaple, if it’s to
be a black tie event, make sure that you specify this in no uncertain
terms on the invitation. If you are having a formal wedding, then go
for formal invitations.
For winter weddings around christmastime, a crisp, white card
embossed with silver or gold lettering and subtle designs will always
look elegant and set the scene for a magical day. If you decide to host
a more casual event, a card featuring festive shades of red, green and
gold will make for an inviting preview and set the scene for a day
to remember. All it takes is a little imagination and your glittering
invitations will have your guests waiting for the great event with
baited breath.
