Pre-Marriage Course with Accord
If you and your beloved are planning a traditional Catholic wedding, there is one task that must be completed to prepare for the sacrament of marriage- the pre-marriage course. As with all sacraments in the Catholic faith, preparation is very important.
The weekend pre-marriage courses offered by Accord provide an opportunity to learn valuable marriage skills, such as conflict resolution, communication, financial concerns, and having a family, etc. They also provide a forum to discuss and explore issues which are important to each of you, with the support of fully trained Course Leaders.
Though many may consider the courses redundant, we have all heard the positives including an acceptance that both parties learn something new about one another. Consider it this way: the pre-marriage course offers you a day to reflect on what your marriage will mean for the rest of your lives.
